About Simple Valuation


Traditional, asset valuation involves using paper and pen to create a record of assets before later typing out this information onto a computer. With our easy to use mobile application, a user can capture information on assets digitally to eliminate double work.

The application allows you to capture both text and images so you can have a visual record of the asset. Once you have captured all the required information, the information is sent to an online server for processing and a report is generated for you automatically in Excel format!

Furthermore, the information captured can be used to generate barcodes for each asset as well as a digital register that can be used to look up information on any asset!

depending on the number of assets you wish to capture.

You only need to pay for the duration of your project,
so if your asset valuation project will be completed in
a month then you'll only need to pay for that one month.

Frequently Ask Questions


  1. Register for an account with us. Select and pay for the package you want.
  2. Log in, create a new project and set up the locations where you'll be capturing information from. Refer to our user guide for detailed step-by-step instructions.
  3. Download and install the mobile application. You'll find a link to the mobile application in your account.
  4. Use the mobile application to capture asset information and take pictures. Every now and then (e.g. at the end of every shift), select the sync option to upoad the information to the server.
  5. Once all the information has been collected, log into the server and review the information collected.
  6. If you are satisfied with the information collected, select the reports to generate. That's it! You have your reports!

We support Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and other contries within Africa. Talk to us to know if your country is supported.

To run our mobile application, you'll need a handset with version 7 or newer of Android, a decent camera, at least 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is adequate. If you will be taking a lot of pictures, make sure your phone has enough storage.

iOS is currently not supported.

Your account is password protected to restrict access to your information. Also, all information is encrypted during transmission. Additionally, your information is backed up daily to mitigate against loss.

You can pay for the service via M-pesa or PayPal. Log in and visit the billing page page to purchase tokens.

Your data is stored for 30 days. After that, if the subscription is not renewed, the data is deleted.
